In addition, Please consult this list for exact information. If you are not a national of Group Visas We have secured a way to obtain a group visa with the Brazilian Embassy in Washington. The procedure is as follows: (NOTE: if you want to participate in this, PRIOR to sending your documents, please send an email message to visas@rtss.org with a link to your webpage and a link your CV. If your connection to RTSS is not clear, you will need to send your documents to the embassy directly.) The consulate will work on the group visa, and by Nov 6, send all passports back to the University of Pittsburgh. On Nov 10, the passports will then be mailed individually to the requestors, using the requestor's SASE envelopes (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc). The safest is to use a parcel delivery service that tracks shipments, of course.
