**ATTN: The Eden Roc hotel is sold out at the group rate. It seems that the closest hotels is the FontaineBleu (right next to the Eden Roc on the beach) for $199. The conference will take place at the Eden Roc Resort and Spa in Miami Beach, Florida, USA. There is a block of rooms specifically reserved for RTSS, with the following room rates (tax is included):

• All rooms offer high-speed internet access, multi-line phones with data port access, US long distance, local calls, coffee makers, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, Spa admission including all classes, and complimentary daily newspaper. All of this is included in the room rate.
  
• Please note that these rates apply to reservations for the conference duration, i.e., between the 5th and the 8th of December, but may also extend to three days before and three days after the conference, depending on availability. The block of rooms reserved for RTSS is only guaranteed until November 13th , so you must make your reservation before then.
